i'm gonna be brutally blunt sweetheart... for one, don't put too much thought into it. i know that's hard to do, but the more you worry about it, the worse it gets in your head. Offering a ride is a guy's way of coming on to you, it has nothing to do with insulting you or pitty partying you at all. a guy at 21, he's so shady it's not even funny. a lot of times the getting over the initial conversation is what a guy is after, once he's conquerred that he loses interest. in this case it doesn't sound that way, but he knows that you're interested, so he attempt level to take you out, or hang out with you is not as high.... see this is hard to get into someone's mind that i know nothing about... he may just be scared to call... who know's? maybe he has dialed your number all the way to the last digit and got scared to actually call..... best bet, call him. break the ice for him. send him an email asking him if you two can meet up at a certain place or time... if nothing comes out of it, just drop it and go on to the next one.....
