My Tappan Gas stove won't light?

They cut the gas off on my street yesterday and today when I went to light my stove back up I couldn't get it to light. Its a Tappan electric ignite gas stove/oven. I hear the clicking but know gas? I tried the oven I see the glow stick glowing but still no gas. There is a switch all the way on top of the stove that doesn't have a label so I pushed it it did nothing. I am stumped!!!! I called the gas company they said since my furnace lighted it up and my water heater started up they will charge me a service fee. So any ideas lol?
