What should you pack in a hospital bag for an UNplanned c-section?

Not planning on needing the bag at all, but should probably have one packed just in case. I'm planning a homebirth so basically the only reason I would go to the hospital is if there were unforseen complications that made a c-section necessary. What are the must-haves?
