Quatitative Testing?

I went to OB/GYN for yearly today. I explained my symptoms, tingly bbs, heavy/achy feeling in my uterus/ nausea. He calculated my dates, AF Oct 24-27 (one day short), and said, if I am PG, I would be 2 weeks 2 days. He ordered a blood quantitative. Would it be enough to show up on a test? I took a pee test for s&g and its BFN.
