OMG SOME1 PLS GIVE ME SOME ADVICE, EX BF + PREGNANT !!?

ok so I split up with my ex 1 year ago, he soon got into another relationship + moved in with her... now a few months ago we got speaking again and started meetin up for , stupid i no, now im late on my period and did a test about an hr ago n im pregnant.. ive just done another to be sure and i deffo am... the problem is my ex;s gf is pregnant too.. please help i dunno what to do/think.. im 19 and still livin at home hes 22!! x
