Ohkay i need help severly !!!?

Ohkay theirs this guy who i have a thing with on and off , now he's dating one of my friends but he always looks at me and pretends not too hoping i'm not noticing that he is , and he talks with his friends and they look at me and smile , does he have any feeling for me at all do you think ?
