Make your own laws about religion...?

I'd make the various churches form committees to expurge their sacred texts of contradictions, and so settle on a basic set of consistent laws (which I would edit for sanity) and examples. I'd allow them to continue worshipping as they liked thereafter. Though I would make sure that each added the law that all members can come and go as they please.
