LAWS OF GOD VS LAWS OF MEN?

Why do those who profess to be Christians side with doctrines of man instead of doctrines of God? Example: Ministers & payment for teaching the gospel. Mat 10:5-8 Can you explain what Jesus meant when he spoke these words to his disciples? Can anyone show me where in the bible does it ever says that a minister of the gospel is to receive money as payment for preaching?
