Hi guys,has anyone ever heard of Lonkee Swatow?

I have come across a gl cup,come jug inside is gl but the outside is covered in what looks like silver,the patterns are i think japanese dragons engraved out of the silverall aroun the item on the bottom is it says Lonkee Swatow ?
