Could anyone give me some tips on setting up an effective membership education program in my fraternity?
Any possibility that you could draw experience from your members? If you have professional members (or ociates) set up a series of workshops to offer 1-3 hour training sessions on topics that interest your members, with the professional members teaching. For example, if one is a financial yst ask them to teach a course on managing personal finances or personal investing; an insurance broker could teach/ talk about the types of insurances out there and what types of covereage you should have from auto to life to health, etc. Cost... free or pizza & soda for the group. I hope this helps.
